Hornsey & Wood Green Labour Fair Tips Campaign
Haringey Labour today launched a campaign to promote fair tips across Hornsey and Wood Green. We believe tips should go to the wait staff, not used by management to make up the minimum wage. Do you agree good service should recieve the full tip?

Myddleton Road History Exhibition Sets up Shop in the Red Sea (Supermarket!)

Earlier this week I helped set up local Historian and Chair of the Bowes Park Community Association Caroline Simpson’s new exhibition on the History of Myddleton Road, N22.

From the building of the New River in the 17^TH Century by Myddleton Road’s namesake, Goldsmith, Self-taught Engineer and MP Sir Hugo Myddelton to the recently established Myddleton Road Action Group which is bringing investment and improvements to the street this new exhibition in the window of the Red Sea Supermarket on Myddleton Road (on the junction with Marlborough Road) is brilliantly informative and fascinating.
